Telecel Liberia is seeking a skilled and experienced Network Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. This role requires expertise in cable installations, network hardware configuration, and network performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software.
• Perform cable installations, including Ethernet and fiber optic cabling.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues.
• Monitor network performance and optimize as necessary.
• Conduct regular network assessments and upgrades.
• Ensure network security and compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with other IT staff and departments to ensure smooth network operations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Network Technician or similar role.
• Proficiency in installing and configuring network hardware and software.
• Experience in cable installations, including Ethernet and fiber optic cabling.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols and standards.
• Ability to troubleshoot network issues and optimize performance.
• Familiarity with network security practices.
