D. Beyan Mulbah is the Technical Manager for Telecel Liberia Limited since 2019. Beyan joined Telecel Liberia from K3 Telecom Liberia where he held the position of Technical Support Coordinator responsible to resolved all technical support, ensured that installations were done in compliance with standard and monitored core network traffic through PRTG Network Monitor. In his present role, he led all aspects of Network infrastructureand IT evolution, leading the activities of innovation, development, deployment and operations of network platforms and IT applications, service creation and Cyber security, ensuring the evolution of the company Data Centers and quality monitoring. Beyan started his career as a web designer and developer working for Easy Technology Solutions. At Easy Technology Solutions, he was initially responsible to deliver internal IT solutions, and then went on to lead the creation of its technical support service. Beyan holds a Diploma in Computer Science, from the International Institute of Computer Studies and Manpower Development and has an Advanced Certificate in Information Technology, Bluecrest University College (NIIT). Beyan is a Cisco Certified Network Professional, Certified Ethical Hacker, Certified Ubiquiti Network, Mikrotik Certified.
