We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR officer to join our team at TELECL LIBERIA. the ideal candidate will be responsible for handling functions , ensuring compliance with company policies, and fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the hiring process, from job postings to onboarding.
Coordinate with department heads.
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
Implement employee engagement programs to foster a productive work environment.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Handle HR reporting and analytics to improve workforce planing.
Work with the finance team to ensure timely salary processing
Manage employee benefits, leave, and other welfare programs.
Ensure compliance with tax and social security regulations.
Qualifications & requirements:
Minimum 3 years of HR experience in a corporate (telecom industry experience is a plus)
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR, or related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong Knowledge of Liberia’s laws and HR best practices.
