JOB SUMMARY:
Telecel Liberia is seeking a qualified and experienced Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will not only have a proven background in driving but also experience in supporting field technicians. The ability to work under pressure, collaborate with cross-country teams, and operate motorbikes effectively is essential.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide reliable and efficient transport services for the technical team and Liberia operations.
• Support the technical team in delivering goods and equipment on time.
• Operate motorbikes when required, especially in areas with challenging terrain.
• Ensure the safe handling and transportation of goods and equipment.
• Work under pressure to meet deadlines and ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain vehicles and motorbikes in good condition, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-country teams to support operations in multiple locations.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
• At least 5 years of experience in driving and supporting Field work.
• Valid driver’s license with motorbike endorsement.
• Strong ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with cross-country routes and terrain in Liberia.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle and motorbike maintenance.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
